Tia Loren is a self-taught visual artist whose current journey into painting began  amidst  isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Raised in North Carolina and currently living in Southeast Atlanta, Tia has found solace and inspiration using acrylic and gouache paints on all surfaces, with wood being her favorite canvas.

Inspired by nature, surrealism and the celestial, Tia intertwines the earthly with the extraterrestrial, inviting audiences to explore themes of identity, heritage, and the interconnectedness of all beings. As she invites people to view her work in all forms, Tia remains steadfast in her commitment to promoting inclusivity and celebrating the multifaceted tapestry of  black culture.
